2 Month Letter

Dear Baby L...
You are getting so big, we can't believe it. You had your 6 week check up and were such a big girl with your shots! You are gaining weight and inches by the day. You are starting to smile when we talk to you, and that is the most amazing thing in the world. You like to play on your mat and look at yourself in the mirror. You still aren't a total fan of car rides, but seem to be getting a little better. You are turning your head and starting to focus on us when you hear our voices. You have been lucky enough to meet more friends and even your uncle David came to visit from South Carolina! You have officially outgrown your newborn diapers and clothes. Depending on the brand some of your 0-3 month clothes are snug. Mommy is going back to work next Wednesday and isn't really looking forward to leaving you. However, we are lucky to have your papa watch you and you both adore each other so much! We are looking forward to your first Easter and hopefully some more visits with family and friends. We still call you squirt, rabbit, and even mini because you look identical to your daddy! The weather is starting to warm up so you will be able to wear all your pretty dresses very soon! Unfortunately, you have started spitting up a little more, but seems to only be during your morning and early afternoon feeds. You still eat about every 3 hours and you are starting to stay up longer in between naps. Happy 2 months baby L!!

We have been having some nice warm weather here in Vegas! However, Baby L decided the sun was too darn bright. Thanks to Great Auntie Lisa she was stylin with these cool shades...

Today we went our good friends Sharon and Mikes for a delicious dinner.

Have you ever met a 10 almost 11yo who loves babies this much!?!?




Brit just adores all babies, and will soon make a wonderful babysitter! She was so excited when she got to feed and burp baby L. We even warned her baby L might spit up on her, and she still wanted the job. Thanks Brit for giving mommy a break, you did an awesome job!

Today baby L and I went to Papas. Michelle (aka belle belle) came over and dad taught us how to make butterballs. We had a great time and enjoyed some yummy cookies.

Baby L took a snooze on daddy before we went to a BBQ. She got to meet a few new friends and hang out with some she already met. We had a great time hanging out, eating, watching basketball, eating, chatting, and did I mention eating. Thanks to Luc and Linda for hosting a wonderful BBQ.

6 weeks 1 day/ Dr. Visit

Baby L on the way to the doctors!





That's right she was dancing, since she was such a good girl at the doctors!
Our big girl is very healthy and doing well. She cried for just a second with her shots and was very content and happy all day afterwards!
Baby L's stats:
10lbs 7.5oz.- 64 percentile
22in. - 70 percentile

We are so lucky to have such a happy and healthy baby!
We love you baby L!!!

6 weeks/ Happy St. Pattys Day

Wow... Our baby girl is 6 weeks old! Where has the time gone!?!








We had a nice relaxing St.Patty's Day! I went to the Dr. for my six week check-up, and all is well. Now to decide when to head back to work and start making some money!?!

Today Baby L got to meet mommys good friend Tristen and her 3 adorable kiddos. Shame on mommy for not taking any pictures!



She is a little unsure of tummy time!

Today baby L got to go shopping at the outlet mall with mommy and uncle Dave! She wasn't too excited as she slept the entire time. Mommy did buy her first swimsuit, a skirt, and shirt since she was such an angel!
