Today baby L went to get some pictures courtesy of CBBC photography. This is through our good friend Lisa whom helped us rescue Makena and has pet sit for us several times ! You can check out her photography website at CBBCphoto.com
These are just some of the ones I took at home after her shoot but Lisa did a much better job!








Baby L's cheeks and thighs are getting so chunky. It's funny how a bow and tutu make her look so much more girly!

1 month Letter

Dear Baby L...
We can't believe you have been with us a whole month already! You are getting so big, and love to eat. You also have been blessed to meet a lot of your family and friends in this short time. You sleep about 2-3 hours at a time, and mommy is really happy when you stretch it to 4 hours every once in a while. You are a great eater, and it shows as your little cheeks and thighs are getting chubbier. Even though you are growing, you are still tiny and I sometimes refer to you as squirt your daddy calls you rabbit, as you were born the year of the rabbit. You have surprised us all as to how well you pick up and move your head around. Everyone says you look just like your daddy, and I couldn't agree more. You get the hiccups a lot and get very frustrated when they don't go away ( this also is just like your daddy). Next month we are looking forward to meeting more family and friends. We are not looking forward to your doctors appointment, because that means vaccinations.




Happy 1 month birthday sweet angel! We couldn't be happier with how much love joy you have already given our family!

1 Month!

Happy 1 month birthday Baby L! I can't believe it has already been a month since our little angel arrived. Today papa had his first babysitting adventure while I had my doctors appointment. Baby L napped on him the entire time I was gone.
Also, today Baby L got to meet her great Auntie Lisa and Uncle Kevin. We were so glad to spend a few hours with them, even if baby L was a little stubborn during their visit.








We are going to try and remember to take a picture of her every month in this chair with this puppy so we can compare just how big she is getting!
